WITHITGIRL(WIG) is an ideology: being yourself, doing the best you can at everything with independence and consideration, knowing that goals are made to be challenged - not just reaching but going beyond your potential, learning through a combination of experience and attention to the successes and failures of those who have come before.

The WIG community finds vibrancy in places that have been traditionally/historically overlooked. We engage in conversations to give a new voice and vision to new narratives around personal and community wellness by prioritizing creativity, diversity and inclusivity. As a multifaceted platform, the goal is to amplify the voices, visions, and ideas of girls, women/womxn, and people in surf, skate, action sports and creative cultures.

Withitgirl is not a space limited to people who identify as female/girl — everyone is welcomed and encouraged to participate.
